No. As a Child Care Super member you and your family* can access 360Health services without making a claim or having insurance. However, Recovery Support services are only available if you have insurance with MetLife.

Unfortunately, you'll lose access to 360Health when your membership ends. However, if you're already working with a clinician, they'll complete your current case.
