The Child Care Super Star Program was created to recognise the incredible people who work in the early childhood education and care sector. We want to celebrate people like you who make a difference every day.
The program is open to the centres and workplaces of default and preferred employer partners of Child Care Super.
Each month, registered centres and workplaces can nominate one of their brightest stars for their hard work and dedication. They’ll not only get the recognition they deserve, but also a chance to win our Star Prize, a $1,000 Flight Centre voucher for their outstanding contributions to early learning.
Employers who are default or preferred partners of Child Care Super can register each of their centres or workplaces to participate in the program.
If you’re a Centre Manager or Director and want to sign up please email: employer@childcaresuper.com.au
Starting January 2025, registered centres and workplaces are invited to nominate one team member each month as their Star of the Month.
Every nominee will go into the end of year draw to win our Star Prize and the nominating centre or workplace will also receive one entry in the draw for the Star Centre Prize.
Child Care Super provide registered centres and workplaces with a customisable award to display that can be updated each month to showcase their Star of the Month and celebrate their achievements.
On 19th January 2026, one lucky nominee and one centre or workplace will win a big prize each, randomly selected from all the monthly nominees nationwide.
The individual winner will receive our Star Prize, a $1,000 Flight Centre voucher, because you deserve a holiday.
The centre or workplace that wins will receive our Star Centre Prize, a team dinner, hosted by Child Care Super, valued at up $1,500.
Terms and conditions apply. Prizes will be drawn 19th January 2026. One individual winner and one centre or workplace winner will be randomly selected from all monthly nominees. Read the FAQs and T&Cs for details.

Just be your best self at work. Your employer can select one Child Care Super Star for each month in 2025. If you’re nominated as a Star of the Month, you will automatically receive an entry into the end of year draw.
That’s up to your employer. Each centre knows best where and how their team members add value, so we’ve left it up to them to decide what makes sense for them and their team.
If you’re selected as the Star Prize winner, you’ll receive a $1,000 Flight Centre voucher.
Your workplace could also win the Star Centre Prize, a dinner hosted by Child Care Super for you and your colleagues, valued at up to $1,500.
In January 2026, we will randomly select the Star Prize winner from all of the Child Care Super Star of the Month nominees submitted throughout the year by participating employers.
At this time we will also complete a second draw to randomly select a participating employer as the Star Centre Prize winner.
You need to be employed by the participating employer that nominates you both at the time you are nominated and when the prize draw is conducted in January 2026. If not, you will not be eligible for the prize.
The Child Care Super Star Program is only open to default or preferred superannuation partners of Child Care Super. If you would like to register to use Child Care Super as your business’ default superannuation provider please contact our Partnership Team at employer@childcaresuper.com.au.
