How are the winners chosen?

Each month, we will randomly select the two Monthly Star Prize winners from all of the Child Care Super Star of the Month nominees from the prior month.

In January 2027, we will complete a second draw to randomly select the Annual Star Prize winner from all the nominations submitted throughout 2026 by participating employers.
