What happens if my employer uses the old fund details?

If your employer uses Child Care Super's old fund details for contributions made from 5 September 2026, they will receive an error message advising them to update the fund details. They may then ask you for Child Care Super's new ABN and USI. If they do, you can copy the details from the Member Support Hub or send a pre-filled email to your employer .
