What is 360Health?
360Health gives you direct access to accredited health professionals across a wide range of services designed to help you reach your goals. It’s a completely virtual program, so you can book and talk to experts online at a time and place that suits you.
Whether you need support with your mental health, fitness advice to keep you feeling strong, or guidance on managing menopause symptoms, 360Health gives you access to private, expert-led support at no extra cost.

Ask a Clinician
Connect with GPs, paediatricians, and mental health clinicians who can answer your medical questions and give you peace of mind when you need it most.
Mental Health Assist
Your mental wellbeing matters. Access private support from qualified mental health clinicians3 who will discuss your situation with a psychologist or psychiatrist. They can provide or review a diagnosis, answer any questions, and provide their treatment suggestions.
Menopause Support
Navigating menopause or perimenopause? Get personalised support from a women’s health nurse who will answer your questions, listen to your concerns, and provide their guidance on managing symptoms.
Expert Medical Opinion
Facing a complex diagnosis or treatment decision? Get a second opinion from leading global specialists. From understanding surgery plans to managing symptoms, you’ll get expert insights so you can move forward with confidence.
Plus, if you also hold Income Protection insurance cover through Child Care Super, you’ll have access to Recovery Support services: dedicated care to help you return to health and work after illness or injury.
