What should I do if a fund cannot accept a contribution for my employee?

You should not proceed with the contribution until the issue is resolved.

Contact your employee to confirm their super fund details are correct and if needed update the employee’s details in your system.

Submit a new MVR message once accurate information is available, to ensure the contribution can be accepted.
