Member-initiated transactions will be temporarily unavailable from 5pm on 4 September until 14 September while we complete the transfer.

We are aware some members are currently unable to login to their online accounts - we are working to resolve this shortly.

Important notice to employers: All super contributions for Child Care Super members should now be made using our new fund details. Our new fund name is Smart Future Trust and our ABN is 68 964 712 340. Our product name remains Child Care Super and our new USI is 68964712340022.

Does Child Care Super offer clearing house services?

Child Care Super provides our ‘default’ employer partners the option of using our clearing house, SuperConnector, at no cost.

Employers should email the following details to employer@childcaresuper.com.au

  • Company name and ABN

  • Contact name

  • Contact email address

  • Contact mobile number

  • Contact work address

  • Fund

Once received we will pre-populate a form for you to finalise, sign and return to us to be ready ahead of the Payday Super changes.
