4.    To be eligible for the prize, entrants must hold a Child Care Super account, and an Australian resident.

5.    To be eligible for the prize you must rollover a minimum of $1,000 of superannuation monies from another fund into your Child Care Super account during the promotion period. This can be done by completing the competition Rollover form and returning it to: GPO Box 2788 Melbourne, Victoria 3001 within the competition period. Other types of contributions will not make a member eligible for this competition.

6.    The competition commences at 9:00am, 20 October 2011, and closes 5:00 pm, 31 January 2012.

7.    Each eligible member will receive a prize consisting of a $20 Woolworths Wish Card. Refer to the shopping voucher for terms and conditions of use. The prize is not redeemable for cash. A member can only enter the competition once.

8.    Eligible entrants will receive their prize by mail within six weeks of the competition close date.

9.    Directors and employees of Guild Trustee Services Pty Limited and their immediate families, associated companies and agencies are excluded from entering.

10.    In the event the prize is unavailable or cancelled for any reason whatsoever, Guild Trustee Services Pty Limited reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of similar value, subject to State regulations.

11.    Any additional costs or requirements associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter, entrants must visit www.childcaresuper.com.au, follow the prompts to the Cash Karma page and input the requested details including first name, surname, email address and date of birth, and submit the fully completed entry form during the promotional period.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Promoter is Guild Trustee Services Pty Limited (ABN 84 068 826 728) as trustee for Child Care Super (Guild Retirement Fund – ABN 22 599 554 834), of Level 1, 5 Burwood Road, Hawthorn, Vic 3122, Australia.
  3. Entry to the competition requires the entrant to consent to receiving future emails and marketing communication. Only one competition entry can be made per person per calendar year.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  5. The competition is only open to members of Child Care Super.
  6. The competition is only open to permanent residents of Australia. Guild Trustee Services Pty Limited reserves the right to request the winner to provide evidence of identity and residency prior to awarding the prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Guild Trustee Services Pty Limited.

7.         Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

8.         If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

9.         The competition commences on 9 am 14/03/2011 and will close at 11.59pm on 31/12/2011. All draws will take place at Guild Trustee Services Pty Limited, Level 1, 5 Burwood Road, Hawthorn, Vic 3122, Australia. The monthly draws will occur on the following dates:

  • March 2011 monthly prize will be drawn on Monday 4th April 2011 at 2pm AEST
  • April 2011 monthly prize will be drawn on Tuesday 3rd May 2011 at 2pm AEST
  • May 2011 monthly prize will be drawn on Thursday 2nd June 2011 at 2pm AEST
  • June 2011 monthly prize will be drawn on Friday, 1st July 2011 at 2pm AEST
  • July 2011 monthly prize will be drawn on Tuesday 2nd August 2011 at 2pm AEST
  • August 2011 monthly prize will be drawn on Thursday 1st September 2011 at 2pm AEST
  • September 2011 monthly prize will be drawn on Monday 3rd October 2011 at 2pm AEST
  • October 2011 monthly prize will be drawn on Tuesday 1st November 2011 at 2pm AEST
  • November 2011 monthly prize will be drawn on Thursday 1st December 2011 at 2pm AEST
  • December 2011 monthly prize will be drawn on Tuesday 10th January 2012 at 2pm AEST

10.      Winners will be notified by email and the winners’ names will be published on www.childcaresuper.com.au. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11.      The monthly winner will receive a $100 Woolworths Wish Card.

12.      If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from the relevant regulatory authority.

13.      Each prize is valued at $100. Total prize pool value is $1,000.

14.      The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

15.      In the event that any prize is not claimed within 3 months of the draw date, an unclaimed prize draws will take place on the following dates at Guild Trustee Services Pty Limited, Level 1, 5 Burwood Road, Hawthorn, Vic  3122, Australia:

  • March 2011 unclaimed monthly prize will be drawn on Monday 4th July 2011
  • April 2011 unclaimed monthly prize will be drawn on Wednesday 3rd August 2011
  • May 2011 unclaimed monthly prize will be drawn on Friday 2nd September 2011
  • June 2011 unclaimed monthly prize will be drawn on Friday 7th October 2011
  • July 2011 unclaimed monthly prize will be drawn on Friday 4th November 2011
  • August 2011 unclaimed monthly prize will be drawn on Friday 2nd December 2011
  • September 2011 unclaimed monthly prize will be drawn on Friday 6th January 2012
  • October 2011 unclaimed monthly prize will be drawn on Friday 3rd February 2012
  • November 2011 unclaimed monthly prize will be drawn on Friday 2nd March 2012
  • December 2011 unclaimed monthly prize will be drawn on Friday 6th April 2012

16.      Prizes will only be delivered in Australia and each winner should allow 28 days from the date the winner claims the prize for delivery of their prize.

17.      All correct and valid entries submitted during the competition will be entered into the prize draw to win the nominated prize. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into Guild Trustee Services Pty Limited’s database and NOT at the time of transmission by the entrant.

18.      If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from the relevant regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

19.      Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.

20.      Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not this occurs under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of the prize.

21.      The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on the entrant providing the requested information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

22.      Competition entrants consent to Guild Trustee Services Pty Limited using the entrant's name, state of residence and photo in the event that they are a winner in any media, including advertising, and agrees to participate in any promotional activities for Guild Trustee Services Pty Limited, without payment, for the purposes of promoting this competition and promoting Guild Trustee Services Pty Limited.
