• This online rollover tool will rollover your ENTIRE balance with your other fund(s). If you want to rollover PART of your other fund’s balance, download the Partial Rollover Form »
• When transferring your superannuation you should consider the impact of fees and any associated insurance cover » as well as any benefits you may have.
• Using the online rollover tool will not change the fund where your employer pays contributions on your behalf. If your employer contributions are being paid to another fund and you want them to come to Child Care Super, complete a Choice of Superannuation Fund form and give it to your employer.
• You don’t have to provide your TFN to your superannuation fund. What happens if you do not quote your Tax File Number (TFN)? »

• This online rollover tool CANNOT be used to, rollover an account if you don’t know the name of the super fund in which the account is held, open a Child Care Super account, or transfer benefits under certain conditions or circumstances, for example if there is a superannuation agreement under the Family Law Act 1975 in place.
