What you will find
From the “Sign in” page, one click will take you to online calculators, webinars and a library full of information not just about super, but a variety of financial topics.
Once you’ve signed in you’ll see up to the minute account information, including your balance, a listing of contributions paid, your insurance cover and much, much more.
Use the menu items at the top of the page to take a tour through your account.
Getting started is as easy as 1, 2, 3
You’ll need your Member Code (you’ll find this on your Member Card or Statement) and your PIN to log on. PINs are currently being mailed to all members. If you do not receive yours by 1 October, please contact Customer Services on 1800 060 215 and ask to have a new PIN provided.
Once you have your Member Code and PIN:
- Click on the “Member Online Access” button.
- Enter your Member Code and PIN.
- Click the “Sign in” button and you are away.
